A whole new year - 2005

whoa! what a blast. one year has passed. lets see.. (reflections time) in the past year i
  1. entred a new world - poly
  2. made new friends
  3. went through a different style of teaching - PBL
  4. got my very own laptop
  5. learnt many new things i could do on the com
  6. learnt that my chem teachers in sec school were not totally right!
  7. learnt more about make-up
  8. became more gentle
  9. grew older
  10. spent alot of money on shopping, eating, etc.
  11. watched 2 movies back to back with crys dar
  12. had westlife and becks staring down on me while i was sleeping
  13. reached home after 12 many times thereby getting a huge scolding
  14. worked with Expressions
  15. watched Singapore Idol and fell in love with Taufik
  16. fell in love with Shane West as well
  17. sent sharon off to canada
  18. talked to sharon over skype
  19. watched alot of rented movies
  20. moved the black shelf in my room downstaris
  21. used 2 planks of wood as a replacement for the shelf
  22. got a new hp
  23. got a mp3 player
  24. miss my sec sch life terribly
  25. met up with my close frenz occassionally
  26. realised that soap operas might actually be inspired by real life
  27. went to the playground once
  28. put on alot of weight
  29. went for my 1st YF camp
  30. met pug jelly live
  31. set up a blog
  32. never got to compiling an album consisting of all my sec sch pics

okay! i think i'm done. i can;t think of anymore things to jot down. haha. so in this new year i shall resolve to keep to my resolutions. wait - i haven't thought of any resolutions yet. darn. alrighties.. here goes:

  1. to compile all my pics
  2. to do well in my 2nd semester (which kinda looks diff to do cuz i'm already halfway through!!)
  3. lose 5kg. ok no. make that 2kg. yea. lose 3kg in this whole year
  4. to learn tennis
  5. to not stay out late too often especially on school nites

alrighties. enough resolutions to start with. hah! i hope i keep them. with the exception of no.2 though. hee =)

yeasterday was great. was great fun talking to sharon over skype. it was like super duper clear and we had fun disturbing liz. haha. mi and tabs. yea. wondered if she jad nightmares after that. haha. besides that, we had great food at Joy's pplace. aah. duh! haha. pity sharon couldn't be there. oh well, at least we could talk over skype! haha. ooh!! and tabs has got such a cool phone!! Sony Erricsson K700i. so not fair!! i want it too!!!! but i'm running low on cash. maybe after Chinese New Year. aargh... the thought of a going through Chinese New Year just freaks me out. meeting all those sunties and uncles. grr. "wah... so tall already ah?" and the best thing is they communicate in dialect/chinese. like my chinese is super bad already and they speak in a mixture of cantonese and chinese. er... like how am i supposed to understand??!! grr. nvm. i hav about 1 month to prepare myself for the terrible week. 8 more weeks of school and my 1st year is OVER! yeah! which means hols are back! haha. i'll make sure i enjoy my hols this time round. i had such a terrible time dis holiday. and school is starting mon. and there's enterprise UT on tues and i haven't studied. shucks. i'm dead. super. okays... i'm outta here. ta-ta.
